Language Translation. To the extent that the Holder has been provided with a translation of this Agreement, the English language version of this Agreement shall prevail in case of any discrepancies or ambiguities due to translation.
Language Translation. If language translation is necessary, prior to translating any documents, please provide a line item cost to HSY in regards to the necessary documentation for equipment and equipment interface requirements (e.g. replacement parts, drawings, operating manuals, maintenance manuals, operator interfaces, control panels, installation manuals, and plc comments). Large Cash Withdrawals To provide for the safety of both our team members and members, we do not keep large amounts of available cash at our branches. We may place reasonable restrictions on when and how you make any large cash withdrawal. For large cash withdrawals we will ask for the purpose of the request and other details related to the transaction. We reserve the right to deny the transaction based on the purpose or the lack of adequate transaction information provided at the time of or during the processing of the withdrawal request. Wellby is not responsible for providing you with security in such transactions. We may also require that you sign a document releasing us from any liability if you are robbed or assaulted. Language Translation. 19 A. Employees who translate a language in the work place that is identified by 20 management as a language for which translation activity is necessary will be paid an amount equal to 21 five hundred dollars ($500) per year (converted to an hourly figure). The stipend shall be paid to 22 eligible employees on a pro-rated and per pay period basis. Eligible employees shall be required to 23 pass a language proficiency test administered by the County. The employer retains the discretion to 24 determine the number of employees that may qualify for the premium.

In such an event, the translator will not receive certification. Any translator acting for the Client must abide by these Terms and the Client will be responsible and liable for all actions or failure to act by the translator. STCW and HSE accredited courses must be delivered in English and a translator will not be accepted.

The Seller’s training courses are generally conveyed in English language, if the Buyer and/or any of the Buyer’s delegates attending the training course are not competent in understanding English language or literature, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to Contact the Seller with the Buyer’s concern at the time of the Booking. A translator can be hired by the Buyer at the Buyer’s cost and such translator may accompany the Buyer and/or any of the Buyer’s delegates on the training course but the translator will not receive a certificate of competency for attendance at any training event. Any changes to the Booking or to these conditions must be agreed in writing between the Seller and the Buyer. Any translator acting for any delegate must comply with these terms and conditions and the Buyer shall be responsible and liable for all the actions or failure to act by the translator as if the translator was one of the Buyer’s delegates. HSE and STCW courses can only be delivered in English, and a translator cannot be used.
