LANGUAGE OF BID. The bid prepared by the Bidder and all correspondence, drawing(s), document(s), certificate(s) etc. relating to the Bid exchanged by Bidder and GGPL shall be written in English language only. In case a document, certificate, printed literature etc. furnished by the Bidder in a language other than English, the same should be accompanied by an English translation duly authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce of Bidders Country, in which case, for the purpose of interpretation of the Bid, the English translation shall govern.
