Common use of LANGUAGE OF BID Clause in Contracts

LANGUAGE OF BID. 13.1 All correspondences, communications, associated with preparation of Bids, clarifications, amendments, submissions shall be written either in English or Urdu or both languages. Supporting documents and printed literature furnished by the Bidder may be in another language provided they are accompanied by an accurate translation of the relevant passages in English or Urdu, in which case, for purposes of interpretation of the Bid, the said translation shall take precedence.
