Lane Community College. A Cooperative Education Coordinator, as a representative of the College, upon agreement with the work site supervisor will arrange appropriate times to visit the work site in order to address student progress or problems relating to the student’s work experience. The Cooperative Education Coordinator will also assist the supervisor in planning meaningful experiences for the student. Co-op students have general liability coverage under the College’s insurance policy. If the student is participating in a non-paid work experience, the College may provide workers compensation insurance coverage for work-related injury only.   • Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business Enterprise Compliance Award of this Contract was based, in part, on the Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business Enterprise (“IVOSB”) participation plan, as detailed in the IVOSB Subcontractor Commitment Form, commonly referred to as “Attachment A-1” in the procurement documentation and incorporated by reference herein. Therefore, any changes to this information during the Contract term must be approved by IDOA’s IVOSB Division (“IVOSB Division”) and may require an amendment. It is the State’s expectation that the Contractor will meet the subcontractor commitments during the Contract term.   • College has the sole right to control and direct the instructional activities of all instructors, including those who are SCHOOL DISTRICT employees.

  • Federally Qualified Health Centers (A) The Contractor shall not restrict an Enrollee’s right to obtain FQHC services outside the PMHP through the Fee For Service Medicaid program.

  • FLORIDA PREPAID COLLEGE PROGRAM FOR HOUSING If the Student has or is a beneficiary of a Florida Prepaid College Dormitory Program (FPCDP) housing plan, UCF DHRL can bill the FPCDP housing plan to cover most prepayments and rental amounts. However, the Student is hereby notified that:

  • Indiana Veteran’s Business Enterprise Compliance Award of this Contract was based, in part, on the Indiana Veteran’s Business Enterprise (“IVBE”) participation plan.   • Termination in relation to Official Secrets Act The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement by serving notice on the Supplier in writing with effect from the date specified in such notice where the Supplier is in breach of its obligations under Clause 21 (Official Secrets Acts).
