Landscape Requirements. Developer shall install plantings and other landscape materials using IFA’s Project Standards. All plantings shall be installed in a timely manner in relation to the other Work to minimize unsightly bare earth. Plant material delivered to the Site shall be planted within 48 hours of delivery. Developer shall provide a method and schedule for watering all plantings, including existing vegetation in the East End Crossing corridor that is to remain during construction for approval by IFA.

Landscape Requirements. Landscape designs and recommendations must be drought tolerant and be consistent with the objectives of the City’s Turf Conversion Rebate Program and include the elements of the watershed approach to landscaping, which are: • Build and protect healthy, living soil • Use rainwater as a resource through retention and infiltration of stormwater • Use climate-appropriate plants and group them according to water and sun requirements • Use highly efficient supplemental irrigation, when irrigation is necessary Landscape recommendations and conceptual sketches are intended to beautify neighborhoods, reduce runoff, and save water. When fully mature, the plant material will cover a minimum of 60% of the converted area. Tree canopy and plants outside the converted area are not considered in the calculation even if they are adjacent to or overhanging the converted area. For distinct areas greater than 250 sq. ft., the converted area must include a minimum of 5 plants. If existing tress are located within the converted area, the maximum credit toward the coverage requirement will be (1/4) of the total mature tree canopy (no more than 250 sq ft) for the existing tree(s) that are low or medium water use trees within each distinct area.
Landscape Requirements. Master-planned communities include quality landscaping in setbacks, reserves, and open spaces. At a minimum, all sites must comply with the City of Houston or other applicable local Landscape Ordinance.   • DBE Requirements A. Notice is hereby given to the CONSULTANT and any SUB-CONSULTANT, and both agree, that failure to carry out the requirements set forth in 49 CFR Sec. 26.13(b) shall constitute a breach of this Contract and, after notification and failure to promptly cure such breach, may result in termination of this Contract or such remedy as INDOT deems appropriate. The referenced section requires the following assurance to be included in all subsequent contracts between the CONSULTANT and any SUB-CONSULTANT: The CONSULTANT, sub recipient or SUB-CONSULTANT shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the performance of this Contract.   • VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS The following shall be considered minimum Vehicle requirements. The Authorized User shall include supplemental required specifications for Vehicles specified in a Mini-Bid. Unless otherwise indicated, all items specified which are listed on the OEM Pricelist as standard or optional equipment shall be factory installed and operative. Vehicles delivered to an Authorized User in a condition considered to be below retail customer acceptance levels will not be accepted. Items which determine this acceptance level shall include, but not be limited to, the general appearance of the interior and exterior of the vehicle for completeness and quality of workmanship, lubrication and fluid levels, with any leaks corrected, mechanical operation of the vehicle and all electrical components operational. Product specified to be furnished and installed which is not available through the OEM shall conform to the standards known to that particular industry, both product and installation.

  • ON SITE REQUIREMENTS While on Purchaser’s premises, Contractor, its agents, employees, or subcontractors shall comply, in all respects, with Purchaser’s physical, fire, access, safety, and other security requirements.

  • Overtime requirements No contractor or subcontractor contracting for any part of the contract work which may require or involve the employment of laborers or mechanics shall require or permit any such laborer or mechanic in any workweek in which he or she is employed on such work to work in excess of forty hours in such workweek unless such laborer or mechanic receives compensation at a rate not less than one and one-half times the basic rate of pay for all hours worked in excess of forty hours in such workweek.

  • Schedule Requirements The Contractor shall submit an electronic and a paper copy of the initial Work Progress Schedule reflecting accurate and reliable representations of the planned progress of the Work, the Work to date if any, and of the Contractor’s actual plans for its completion. The Contractor shall organize and provide adequate detail so the Work Progress Schedule is capable of measuring and forecasting the effect of delaying events on completed and uncompleted activities.

  • TITLE VI REQUIREMENTS H-GAC in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Xxxx. 000, 00 X.X.X. §§ 0000x to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit in response to this Agreement and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
