Landscape Plan Submission. 2.1.1 A detailed Landscape Plan (for both P.U.D. and S.R. sites) must be submitted preferably earlier but no later than when the building reaches roof plate height. Two copies of the detailed Landscape Plan, one in colour and one B & W must be submitted to SEEHOA for approval through the Landscape Appraisal Committee. The B&W copy will be stamped and signed and returned to the applicant on approval by the Committee. The colour copy of the approved plan will be kept on file by SEEHOA. No work may commence on site until the landscaper has an approved landscape plan in their possession.

The aims of Traditional Medicine cooperation will be: (a) to build on existing agreements or arrangements already in place for Traditional Medicine cooperation; and (b) to promote information exchanges on Traditional Medicine between the Parties. 2.   • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.
