Landscape Lighting. Such lighting, commonly including low voltage and solar types, is permitted only upon submission of an ACR form to the Board for consideration and approval. The Board reserves the authority to control quantity, design and placement of such lighting. Landscape lighting is not allowed in any common areas. NOTE: ITEMS COVERED UNDER THIS YARD ORNAMENTATION PARAGRAPH (2.5) MAY BECOME FLYING OBJECTS IN THE HEAVY WINDS THAT ARE COMMON IN FLORIDA’S TROPICAL STORMS AND OCCUR DURING HURRICANES. PLEASE BE ATTENTIVE TO THIS SAFETY CONCERN AT ALL TIMES.

Landscape Lighting. Blingle will complete a design in person or via virtual designer. We will send a contract to be completed and signed by the homeowner or responsible party. Once the contract is signed, we will schedule an agreed upon install time and date. Blingle will complete the design proposal for the project on the designated and agreed upon areas. A maintenance agreement is optional. If the homeowner or responsible party agrees to a maintenance plan, Blingle would be responsible for any adjustments or first right of refusal on repairs and labor. Blingle is not responsible or liable for any damages to or the malfunction of any product or accessories but will provide labor throughout the duration of maintenance program. No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.

  • Driveways 2.8 The Shop Response must include the possible impact description as well as a timeframe for restoration of Utility or work area. End users and O&M must be made aware of the possible impact in case of failure of redundant system/equipment. End user(s) and O&M must have some say of the date and time it may take place.

  • Pavement The combined surface course, base course, and subbase course, if any, considered as a single unit.
