Landlord's Waivers. Any lessor of Tenant's Personal Property may, upon notice to Landlord and during reasonable hours, enter the Property and take possession of any of Tenant's Personal Property without liability for trespass or conversion upon a default by Tenant, provided that such lessor provide Landlord with the opportunity to cure the defaults of Tenant on terms and conditions satisfactory to such lessor and Landlord.
Landlord's Waivers. The Lender shall have received a landlord’s waiver from each landlord of each and every business premise leased by each Borrower and on which any of the Collateral is or may hereafter be located, which landlords’ waivers must be reasonably acceptable to the Lender and its counsel in their sole and absolute discretion.

Debtor shall furnish to Secured Party, if requested, a landlord's waiver of all liens with respect to any Collateral covered by this Agreement that is or may be located upon leased premises, such landlord's waivers to be in such form and upon such terms as are acceptable to Secured Party.
Landlord's Waivers. Landlord waives any Claims against Tenant and its Affiliates for perils insured or required to be insured by Landlord under subsections (2) and (3) of ss.9.2(a), except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Tenant or its Affiliates.

Tenant and its Affiliates will not be liable or in any way responsible to Landlord for, and Landlord waives all claims against Tenant and its Affiliates for, any loss, injury or damage that is insured or required to be insured by Landlord under Section 9.1(a)(1), so long as such loss, injury or damage results from or in connection with this Lease or Tenant's use and occupancy of the Premises.
Landlord's Waivers. The Landlord’s Waivers in substantially the form of Exhibit 7.1.16 previously executed and delivered to the Agent from the lessors of certain of the leased Collateral locations, as listed on Part II of Schedule A of the Borrower to the applicable Security Agreement, shall continue in full force and effect with respect to the Obligations, as amended and restated pursuant to this Agreement.
Landlord's Waivers. Lender shall have received a waiver from the landlord of the Elkridge, Maryland location leased by General Physics in form reasonably acceptable to Lender and its counsel in their sole and absolute discretion.

Landlord shall, upon the request of Tenant, execute and deliver to Tenant "landlord's waivers" as may be reasonable and customary in connection with the financing or leasing of personal property. Such "landlord's waiver" shall limit to 30 days the amount of time the lessor or lender has to enter upon the Leased Premises after notice from Landlord that the Term has expired or otherwise terminated. If tenant requests a "landlord's waiver." Tenant shall attempt to secure from any financing source or lessor the right on the part of Landlord to cure the defaults of Tenant and to use any such Property upon providing such cure.
