LANDLORD'S COVENANTS. 4.1 The Landlord HEREBY COVENANTS with the Tenant that as follows: For quiet enjoyment That the Tenant paying the Rents Rent hereby reserved and performing and observing and performing the Tenant’s covenants and stipulations hereinbefore contained on his behalf to be observed shall lawfully and may peaceably and quietly possess and enjoy the Property during Demised Premises throughout the Term without any lawful suit eviction or interruption by the Landlord or by any person lawfully claiming from through under or under itin trust for the Landlord.

LANDLORD'S COVENANTS. 4.1 3.1 The Landlord HEREBY COVENANTS hereby agrees with the Tenant that the Tenant paying the Rents rent and service charge hereby reserved and observing and performing the several covenants and stipulations hereinbefore on the Tenant's part herein contained on his behalf to be observed shall and may peaceably and quietly possess hold and enjoy the Property Premises during the Term term hereby created without any lawful interruption by the Landlord or any person lawfully rightfully claiming from under or under itin trust for the Landlord.
