Landlord’s Consent Required. Tenant shall not transfer, mortgage, pledge, hypothecate, encumber or otherwise assign this Lease or any interest therein, and shall not sublet or share all or any part of the Premises (voluntarily, involuntarily or by operation of law), without the prior written consent of the Landlord; which shall not be unreasonably withheld and any attempt to do so without such consent shall be void and constitute breach of this Agreement.
