Common use of Landlord Transfers Clause in Contracts

Landlord Transfers. Landlord shall have the right to sell, transfer or assign, in whole or in part, its rights and obligations in this Lease and in the Leased Premises. Provided that the transferee assumes in writing each of Landlord’s obligations arising under this Lease following the date of such sale, transfer or assignment, any such sale, transfer or assignment shall operate to release Landlord from any and all liabilities under this Lease arising after (but not before) the date of such sale, assignment or transfer.

Landlord Transfers. Landlord shall have the right to may, in its sole and absolute discretion, sell, transfer or assign, in whole convey or in part, otherwise transfer its rights and obligations interest in this Lease or the Leased Property, or any portion thereof, or any interest therein, directly or indirectly, to any Person, without the consent of Tenant. Tenant shall attorn to any such transferee and continue to be bound by the Lease in the Leased Premises. Provided that the event of any such transfer; provided such transferee assumes acknowledges this Lease and agrees in writing each of Landlord’s obligations arising under this Lease following to be bound by all terms and conditions hereof applicable for any period from and after the date of such sale, transfer or assignment, any such sale, transfer or assignment shall operate to release Landlord from any and all liabilities under this Lease arising after (but not before) the date of such sale, assignment or transfer.
