Xxxxxx expressly agrees that Owner, Landlord, and Agent will not be liable for any injuries to the person of Tenant or others, including Xxxxxx's occupants, guests and invitees, from any cause whatsoever other than the negligence of Landlord. It is the responsibility of the Tenant to provide insurance for their liability covering the Leased Premises.
