Common use of Landlord Covenants Clause in Contracts

Landlord Covenants. Section 20: Landlord covenants and warrants that Landlord has good title to the Demised Premises and authority to make this Lease; that Tenant, upon paying the rent and keeping and performing the covenants and conditions of this Lease on Tenant’s part to be kept and performed, shall peaceably and quietly hold, occupy and enjoy the Demised Premises during the full term of the Lease without hindrance by Landlord or by any person whatsoever.
