Common use of LANDLORD ASSIGNMENT Clause in Contracts

LANDLORD ASSIGNMENT. Landlord is entitled to sell, transfer or assign, in whole or in part, its rights and obligations under this Lease and in the Leased Premises. Any such sale, transfer or assignment shall, upon delivery to Tenant of a written assumption by the transferee of Landlord's obligations hereunder, release Landlord from all liabilities under this Lease arising after the date of such sale, assignment or transfer, and Tenant agrees to look solely to the successor in interest of Landlord for the performance of such obligation.
