  • Land The real property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (the “Land”);

  • Competent Authorities The Parties shall inform each other about the structure, organisation and division of competences of their competent authorities during the first meeting of the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Sub-Committee referred to in Article 65 of this Agreement ("SPS Sub-Committee"). To determine if the Property is located within a municipality’s extraterritorial jurisdiction or is likely to be located within a municipality’s extraterritorial jurisdiction, contact all municipalities located in the general proximity of the Property for further information.

  • Legal Authorities The CMPPA establishes procedural requirements for agencies to follow when engaging in computer-matching activities.

  • Environmental Issues Neither Seller nor any agent or representative of Seller has made any representations as to any environmental, health or safety conditions that which exists or may arise at the Property. Purchaser assumes responsibility for any and all clean-up costs, and will indemnify Seller, and hold Seller harmless, with respect to the same.

  • ARTISTES AND SPORTSMEN 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 14 and 15, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as a sportsman, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other State.

  • Safety Issues The Tenant will procure that in the carrying out of the Building Improvement Plan:

  • CURVE WIDENING The minimum widening placed on the inside of curves is:  6 feet for curves of 50 to 79 feet radius.  4 feet for curves of 80 to 100 feet radius.
