LAGERS. All employees covered herein are members of the Local Government Employees Retirement System, "LAGERS," as set out in the Revised Missouri Statutes subject to all provisions thereof and entitled to all benefits included therein, with one hundred percent (100%) prior service credit for each member beginning with the date of his employment with the City.
LAGERS. Employees who are eligible, shall be entitled to the Missouri Local Government Employees Retirement System (“LAGERS”) as any other City employee at the same contribution level as other City employees. Should the City add another retirement benefit, Employees will receive the same defined benefit and contribution level as other City employees.
LAGERS. The City will continue to participate in the LAGERS L-­‐6 retirement program for all bargaining unit personnel.
LAGERS. It is agreed upon that Sni Valley shall provide LAGERS (Local Area Government Employee’s Retirement System) benefits. All employees who have completed their probation time will be enrolled into the program. It is agreed upon that the non-contributory amount of 2% or LAGERS L-6 will not be decreased,decreased; however management retains the right to increase this amount at any time.

  • Grooming The parties agree that the agency shall have the right to set reasonable and professional grooming standards for its employees. The agency and state agree to consult with the Association in the development of said grooming standards.

  • Prosthodontics We Cover prosthodontic services as follows: • Removable complete or partial dentures, for Members 15 years of age and above, including six (6) months follow-up care; • Additional services including insertion of identification slips, repairs, relines and rebases and treatment of cleft palate; and • Interim prosthesis for Members five (5) to 15 years of age. We do not Cover implants or implant related services. Fixed bridges are not Covered unless they are required: • For replacement of a single upper anterior (central/lateral incisor or cuspid) in a patient with an otherwise full complement of natural, functional and/or restored teeth; • For cleft palate stabilization; or • Due to the presence of any neurologic or physiologic condition that would preclude the placement of a removable prosthesis, as demonstrated by medical documentation.

  • Lockers Where working conditions or weather requires regular employees to have additional clothing available at their regular point of assembly, the Employer shall provide appropriate secure individual lockers within the assembly room building.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Paraeducators A Paraeducator who has successfully completed a probationary period of ninety (90) calendar days. The term Paraeducators shall include all Paraeducators as defined in Appendix B.
