Common use of Labour Management Meetings Clause in Contracts

Labour Management Meetings. The Employer and the Union Committee will meet upon the request of either party for the purpose of discussing issues involving matters arising out of the administration of the Collective Agreement and/or labour relations issues other than grievances. The parties agree to exchange agenda items ten (10) days prior to ensure proper distribution and preparation for the meeting. The Employer agrees to the production of the minutes of the Labour Management Meetings. The minutes will be signed off by the Chief Xxxxxxx or designate and Administrator.

Labour Management Meetings. The Employer Union Committee and the Union Committee Employer shall meet each month at a time mutually agreed upon provided there is business for their joint consideration. Necessity for a meeting will meet upon be indicated by letter from one Party to the request of either party for the purpose of discussing issues involving matters arising out other Party, delivered at least five (5) calendar days in advance of the administration scheduled meeting, containing an agenda of the Collective Agreement and/or labour relations issues other than grievances. Labour Management Meetings. 46.01 The Employer Company and the Union Committee will meet upon the request monthly (or as required) at a Labour-Management meeting to discuss workplace issues. These Labour- Management meetings are aimed at pro-actively resolving existing or potential problems and as a means of either party for the purpose of discussing issues involving matters arising out of the administration of the Collective Agreement and/or labour relations issues other than improving employer-employee relations. These meetings will not be used to discuss current outstanding grievances. The parties agree to exchange agenda items ten (10) days prior to ensure proper distribution Company will present a written regular schedule for these meetings, and preparation for the meeting. The Employer agrees to the production these meetings may only be cancelled by mutual consent of the minutes of the Labour Management Meetings. Both Parties shall supply an agenda, in memo form, of the Collective Agreement and/or labour relations issues other than grievances. The meetings will take place on the 1st Thursday of every month commencing at 1:30 pm. It is agreed the time and place of the administration meeting may be altered by mutual agreement. Items for discussion will be submitted three (3) days in advance of the Collective Agreement and/or labour relations issues other than grievances. The parties agree to exchange agenda items ten (10) days prior to ensure proper distribution and preparation for the meeting. The Employer agrees to the production of the minutes of the Labour Management Meetings. The minutes will be signed off by the Chief Xxxxxxx or designate and Administrator.
