For purposes of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as a difference arising between the parties relating to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable. At the time formal discipline is imposed or at any stage of the grievance procedure, including the complaint stage, a nurse is entitled to be represented by her or his union representative. the case of suspension or discharge, the Health Centre shall notify the nurse of this right in advance. The Health Centre also agrees, as a good labour relations practice, in most circumstances it will also notify the Bargaining Unit President. It is the intent of the parties that complaints of nurses shall be adjusted as quickly as possible, and it is understood that a nurse has no grievance until she or he has first given her or his immediate supervisor the opportunity of adjusting the complaint.   • Environment Health and Safety 24.4.1. The Supplier and its staff (and/or any sub-supplier and/or subcontractor) shall comply with the laws and regulations in force related to protection of the environment, the health and safety instructions applicable to the Goods and Services performed pursuant to the Contract and especially, if appropriate, to the Goodsand Services performedon any Site by a third company.

Xxxxxxx shall prepare and submit under separate cover from the Work Plan, a Health and Safety Plan consistent with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations. The Health and Safety Plan shall be submitted to the Department in the form of one electronic copy on compact disk (in .pdf format). Xxxxxxx agrees that the Health and Safety Plan is submitted to the Department only for informational purposes.
