Labour Laws. The Concessionaire shall ensure that all labour laws, rules and regulations will be followed and the Concessionaire shall be the primary employer of labour employed by it for the Project. The Authority or any of its officers, employees, and representative shall in no way be responsible for any of the obligations, whether statutory or otherwise, towards any of the employees hired by the Concessionaire in relation with the Project.
