Any laboratory data or analyses provided under this Contract must be prepared by a laboratory that is accredited by TCEQ according to 30 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 25, subchapters A and B, unless TCEQ agrees in writing to allow one of the regulatory exceptions specified in 30 Texas Administrative Code Section 25.6.
