Labor Qualifications. 5.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for employing personnel having at least the minimum level of education and training, experience, and security clearance as stated under each labor category specified herein. The Government may check educational background to verify degrees or certifications received. The Contractor shall submit resumes for all key personnel. If the qualification (i.e. education/experience) does not readily or easily compare to the minimum qualification stated in the table below, the offeror shall provide an explanation as to the equality of the proposed qualification to meet the minimum qualification.

Labor Qualifications. The Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) must be notified immediately upon temporary replacement of key personnel and the Contracting Officer must be notified within 72 hours. Key personnel will not be permanently replaced without prior notification to the Contracting Officer. Prior to employment, the contractor will provide a resume for personnel proposed to permanently fill key positions. The COR will review and evaluate qualifications based on ATC Key/Essential Personnel Requirements. All contractor personnel require a SECRET security clearance prior to start of contract/start of work unless specifically authorized in writing by the COR. Other vacant positions should be filled within 15 Calendar days.
Labor Qualifications. Senior Logistician (*Key/Essential) – Four (4) years supervisory leadership experience and ten (10) years of specific experience in all aspects of the supported functional area (Equipment Management, Maintenance Management, and Property Management). Must have a valid state Driver’s License.. Must successfully pass background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract. Must obtain and maintain Secret Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship.

  • Vendor Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Based on the Contractor’s submission, OGS has determined that Contractor met the minimum qualifications for the lot(s) as identified in Appendix G, Contractor and OGS Information. If Contractor is awarded Lot 1 as a New York State Certified Minority- or Women- Owned Business Enterprise or as a New York State Small Business, Contractor agrees that it must retain at least one of such statuses to retain its Lot 1 award. Should a Contractor no longer retain at least one of such statuses, OGS shall suspend its Lot 1 award and the Contractor shall not be able to respond to Authorized User’s requests. If the Contractor fails to regain at least one of the statuses within 90 calendar days and provide OGS with documentation of such status, then its Lot 1 award shall be terminated. Any transaction awarded prior to Contractor’s loss of such statuses may continue until completion, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with this Contract. Lot 1– For projects up to $200,000 total Eligibility for this Lot is limited to the following:  Contractor is a New York State Certified Minority- or Women-Owned Business Enterprise; or  Contractor meets the definition of a New York State Small Business which is as follows: o A business which is resident in New York State, independently owned and operated, not dominant in its field and employs one hundred or less persons (see State Finance Law section 160(8)).

  • Personnel Qualifications Contractor shall assign properly qualified and experienced personnel to the program contemplated under this Agreement, and Contractor shall use reasonable efforts to retain such personnel on Customer’s program for the duration of such program.
