Common use of Labor Management Meetings Clause in Contracts

Labor Management Meetings. Section 18.1. In the interest of sound labor/management relations, unless mutually agreed otherwise, once each quarter, on a mutually agreeable day and time, the Employer and/or his designee shall meet with not more than four (4) representatives of the FOP/OLC to discuss pending problems and to promote a more harmonious labor/management relationship.
