Labor Management Meetings. Section 7.1. In the interest of sound labor/management relations, the Employer and/or designee(s) shall meet as necessary, but no more than once per month without agreement, with not more than three (3) employee representatives of the FOP to discuss pending problems and to promote a more harmonious labor/management relationship when requested.
