Common use of Labor Management Meetings Clause in Contracts

Labor Management Meetings. ‌ The Chapter and the Employer mutually agree that, in the interest of efficient management and harmonious employee relations, labor-management meetings will be held, if mutually agreed upon, between no more than three (3) Chapter representatives and no more than three (3) Administrative representatives of the Employer. Either party may request such meetings at least seven (7) days in advance by placing in writing a request to the other for a "labor-management conference" and expressly providing the specific agenda for such conference. Such conferences, times and locations, if mutually agreed upon, shall be limited to:
