Common use of Labor Harmony Clause in Contracts

Labor Harmony. Tenant shall not use (and upon notice from Landlord shall cease using) contractors, services, workmen, labor, materials or equipment, or labor and employment practices that, in Landlord's good faith judgment, may cause strikes, picketing or boycotts or disturb labor harmony with the workforce or trades engaged in performing other work, labor or services in or about the Property.

Tenant shall not use (and upon notice from Landlord shall cease using) contractors, services, workmen, labor, materials or equipment, or labor and employment practices equipment that, in Landlord's good faith reasonable judgment, may cause strikes, picketing or boycotts or would disturb labor harmony with the workforce or trades engaged in performing other work, labor or services in or about the PropertyBuilding or the common area based on Landlord's past experience with such entity or person.
