Labor Disruption. 5.3.1 Critical, sensitive services are required under the terms of this contract, and it is essential that the continuous operation of the ship be maintained. The Ship Manager submitted with its proposal, and must maintain throughout the contract period, a contingency plan adequate to ensure that there is no interruption of contract service due to labor disruption or phase-in/out of crew. Such plan shall remain continuously in effect throughout the period of performance under this contract, including any options hereunder, and may consist of or include any or all of the following:
