Labor Day. The Opening Day Breakfast is not a scheduled work day. It is a mandatory training day and staff is provided a continental breakfast and is paid for this training time. For hourly employees, Labor Day will be a non-paid holiday unless they meet the eligibility rules as noted under Article XVI, Section 16.1, keeping in mind that the opening day breakfast shall not be considered a regular scheduled work day.
