Labor Code Section 1861 Certification. Design Professional in accordance with California Labor Code section 3700 is required to secure the payment of compensation of its employees and by signing this Agreement, Design Professional certifies that “I am aware of the provisions of Section 3700 of the California Labor Code which require every employer to be insured against liability for workers’ compensation or to undertake self-insurance in accordance with the provisions of that code, and I will comply with such provisions before commencing the performance of the work of this Agreement.”

The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification, and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.

Subrecipient herein agrees that Subrecipient shall post, or cause to be posted, a copy of the most current, applicable Prevailing Wage rates at the site where the construction, improvements, or modifications are performed.
