Labor Agreement. The Labor Agreement shall govern labor relations for the Project and shall establish rules and procedures for labor efficiency, assignment of work, and prompt settlement of all disputes. Contractor shall follow and enforce the Labor Agreement to ensure uninterrupted Project operations. All Persons performing Work shall become party to the Labor Agreement with exception to those portions of the Work expressly excluded from the Labor Agreement, for which Contractor shall award as “open-shop.” [Optional – discussion point]
Labor Agreement. The BOARD and ASSOCIATION agree that the District shall provide the President of the ASSOCIATION the following information electronically in EXCEL format for each bargaining unit member bi-annually: (on or before September 15th and again on or before January 15th of each year) Employee name, Date of hire, Position, Work location, Salary schedule step, Full or part time status, Wage rate, Home mailing address (including street, city/town, state and zip code), Home Phone , Stipend, Work email address
Labor Agreement. The Borrower shall have entered into a master labor agreement (the "Master Labor Agreement") with the United Steelworkers of America in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Host Committee agrees that it will, within sixty (60) days of the date of this Agreement, conclude and execute with unions of potential jurisdiction in the Charlotte metropolitan area, an agreement obligating the Host Committee to utilize firms employing or contracting with members of those unions to the maximum extent feasible and obligating the unions to refrain from supporting, participating in or sanctioning any strike, sympathy strike, walkout, work stoppage or other labor action that would interfere with or delay work necessary to put on the Convention, or engage in handbilling or picketing (including, but not limited to, informational picketing) at the Convention Facilities.

The NEA/NH Association agrees for itself and its members that no member shall have the right to bargain individually with the District or any of its authorized agents on matters pertaining to wages, hours of work, or other conditions of employment. It shall be the right of the NEA/NH Association to present and process grievances of its members whose wages, working conditions or status of employment are changed as a result of Management exercising the above-mentioned rights.
