Label and Marking. Wholesaler’s online ordering system, Order Express, will print shelf labels, on-site, on demand. MMCAP Infuse Participating Facilities may also call Customer Service to request shelf labels. Wholesaler can provide contract status on its shelf labels. Wholesaler’s sticker has a contract identifier, for prescription pharmaceuticals, which identifies if the item was purchased from an eligible contract.

Label and Marking. Vendor’s online ordering system, Xxxxxxxx.xxx will print shelf labels, on-site, on demand. At this time, Vendor cannot provide contract status on its shelf labels. MMCAP Participating Facilities can request that the contract name field be added to their yellow Product sticker format which will aid in the identification of MMCAP Contract Products. Vendor agrees to make an enhancement to its system which will provide MMCAP contract status on shelf labels by June 30, 2010.
Label and Marking. ‌ The Wholesaler is required to provide bar-coded shelf labels for each MMCAP Participating Facility. Each label is to have options to display information including: SKU numbers, minimum and maximum order quantities, suggested order quantities based on the MMCAP Participating Facility’s purchase history, and MMCAP Contract Product status. MMCAP Participating Facilities are to have access to place orders for shelf labels through the same systems used to place orders for pharmaceuticals. Wholesaler is required to support the printing of shelf labels on-site at the MMCAP Participating Facility using Wholesaler’s hand held ordering devices or, depending upon availability, bar-code printers. For MMCAP Participating Facilities that do not have printing capabilities, the shelf labels are to be printed at the Wholesaler’s servicing distribution center and delivered to the facility the following delivery day.

  • PACKING AND MARKING Seller shall package all Goods shipped under this Order in accordance with the requirements in this Order, or, if requirements are not specified, in accordance with standard commercial practices customary for similar shipments. When shipping any Goods that are food or food packaging, Seller will ship the Goods under sanitary conditions using carriers suitable for the transport of such Goods that will not render the Goods contaminated with filth, injurious to health, or otherwise adulterated (e.g., carriers that have not been used to transport garbage, waste or other refuse). In each master carton or container in which Goods are shipped, Seller shall include a certificate of analysis, bill of lading, and packing list indicating this Order number, description, quantity, HSY item numbers, and other identifying information corresponding to the information in this Order. Seller shall clearly mark all packages in accordance with all applicable laws and shall label each unit of the Goods with the country of origin, weight, and name of manufacturer. Seller shall ensure that a receiving document/proof-of-delivery is issued to HSY for any shipment made to a third party location. All costs, fines or penalties incurred or assessed due to improper packing or marking will be Seller’s responsibility, and if paid by HSY, will be deducted from amounts owed to Seller. Seller will notify HSY of the number of packages, size, weight, method of protection during shipment and method of storage and protection upon arrival at destination.

  • Advertising and Marketing Except in so far as herein expressly provided, the Service Provider shall not make or issue any formal or informal announcement (with the exception of Stock Exchange announcements), advertisement or statement to the media in connection with this Agreement or otherwise disclose the existence of this Agreement or the subject matter thereof to any other person without the prior written consent of SARS.

  • Brand Name Drugs If the subscriber chooses a brand name drug when a bioequivalent generic drug is available, the subscriber is required to pay the standard copayment plus the difference between the cost of the brand name drug and the generic. Amounts above the copay that an individual elects to pay for a brand name instead of a generic drug will not be credited toward the out-of-pocket maximum.
