Common use of Knowledge of the Company Clause in Contracts

Knowledge of the Company. For all purposes of this Agreement, the phrase "to the Company's knowledge", "to the knowledge of the Company" and "known by the Company" shall mean as of the applicable date, the actual knowledge of Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, after reasonable inquiry by such individuals of the Person or Persons who report directly to each such individual.

Knowledge of the Company. For all purposes of this Agreement, the phrase "to the Company's knowledge", "“to the knowledge of the Company" and "known by the Company" ” shall mean as of the applicable date, the actual knowledge of Xxxxxxx X. XxxxxxxXxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxx X. XxxxxxxXxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx X. XxxxxxXxx, Xxxxxx X. XxxxxxXxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxx-Xxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, after reasonable inquiry by such individuals of the Person or Persons who report directly to each such individualdue inquiry.

Xxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx XxxxxxXxxxx Xxxxx, after reasonable inquiry by none of whom shall have any personal liability or obligations regarding such individuals of the Person or Persons who report directly to each such individualknowledge.
