Knowledge of Buyer. The persons listed in the definition of the term "Knowledge of Buyer" are the persons most likely to have Knowledge of the matters relating to Buyer addressed in this Agreement.

Knowledge of Buyer. Neither the Buyer nor any holding company (direct or indirect) of the Buyer is aware of any matter or thing that at Completion constitutes a breach of the Seller's Warranties.
Knowledge of Buyer. Where any representation or warranty contained in this Agreement is expressly qualified by reference to the best of knowledge of Buyer, Buyer confirms that it has made due and diligent inquiry of its President, Vice Presidents and Chief Financial Officer as to the matters that are the subject of such representations and warranties.

Knowledge of Buyer. In the course of performing its due diligence investigation, neither Buyer nor its Affiliates, their respective officers, directors, agents, employees or advisors have identified any facts which would render any of Seller's representations incorrect, false or misleading.
