Knowing and Voluntary. I represent and agree that I have thoroughly considered all aspects of this Agreement, that I have had the opportunity to discuss this matter with my attorney, that I have read carefully and understand fully all of the provisions of this Agreement and that I am entering into this Agreement voluntarily.
