Knowing and Voluntary Agreement. Executive acknowledges and agrees that: (a) the only consideration for this Release is the consideration expressly described in this document; (b) he has carefully read the entire Release; (c) he has had the opportunity to review this Release and to have it reviewed and explained to him by an attorney of his choosing; (d) he fully understands the final and binding effect; and (e) he is signing this Release voluntarily and with the full intent of releasing Corporation from all claims.
