BATHROOM • The biggest cleaning job in the same directionbathroom is the tub/shower unit.  Dishes, glassware, chopping boards, cooking utensils, pots/pans, baking sheets etcClean it first and get it out of the way!! A year’s worth of soap residue build-up is not very easy to remove. Brillo pads and cleanser are a definite must. Fiberglass tubs should be washed cleaned with a non-abrasive cleanser. Begin by scrubbing in accordance a circular motion until you may no longer feel residue. Rinse with warm water. Clean fixtures with glass cleaner and wipe off with a paper towel. If your tub/shower unit has glass doors, the instructions same process should be used on those doors—inside and out!! Don't forget to clean out the dish washing machine track also. Make sure to get rid of all mold/mildew. • Cleaning the commode is not a very fun job, BUT it doesn't take too long. Using a sponge and returned DRY bleach cleaner, wipe off lid, seat (behind and all around), and outside of bowl. Don’t forget to dish carts clean at the foot of the bowl and cupboardsaround the bolts attaching it to the floor also. Please check for lipstickThat is where most of the dust seems to collect. Wipe over entire unit again using only warm water. Pour toilet bowl cleaner inside the bowl and wipe clean with brush. FLUSH. • Clean the light fixture/chap stick marks fan. It has accumulated dust. Wipe out inside shelves of medicine cabinet and clean those vanity. Clean mirrors and light fixtures with glass cleaner. Wipe out sink using sponge and bleach cleanser. Rinse with warm water and re-wipe with sponge only. Again, don't let water drops dry-wipe off accordingly before putting glasses/cups awaywith paper towels.  Wipe Finally wipe down outside of dishwashervanity with sponge. • Lastly, empty dishwasher food trap into trash it’s time to clean the bathroom floor. First, sweep entire floor. Using a wet, soapy sponge, wipe along sides and wash outcorners.  Counters Pay close attention to areas around the commode, behind door, and sinks wiped down along vanity edges. Mop entire floor using floor cleaner. If floor dries with streaks, re-mop using only warm water. • Don’t forget to clean off the water heater and bleach solutiontowel bars! • Get all calcium build up off faucet fixtures with CLR and or Lime Away.  If used• It is very important to not leave hair in the bathroom. Also, please wipe do not leave your toilet wands, shower curtains, shower mats or rugs. The new Tenants do not want this stuff and we ultimately throw it away. BEDROOM/LIVING ROOM • Clean all windows on the inside with regular glass cleaner. Also clean the patio doors on both the inside and out microwave oven; wall/warming ovensoutside, inside as well as the refrigerator sliding door tracks. Don’t forget to clean window xxxxx and refrigerator doorwindow tracks.  Run garbage disposal in large double sink by dishwashing machine to clear food waste (Please do not put Porches and outdoor areas should be completely free of debris. • Closets should be completely free of debris. Wipe off shelves and bar with wet sponge and all purpose cleaner. Do NOT leave hangers behind! The new tenants have hangers of their own! • If furniture contains any food waste in small sinks)glass parts, clean with glass cleaner. Dust all wood furniture with dusting cloth and furniture polish. Wipe out Alto-Shaam (Warming Ovens) and clean food trays if all drawers with damp cloth. KITCHEN.  Discard all Please leave the kitchen in the order that you found it. The kitchen should be left clean. That includes wiping off stoves, ovens, fridges, sweep floors, wash dishes and wipe down counters. Broken dishes must be replaced so please leave the pieces on the cupboard. Please wash the dish cloths and towels and return as soon as possible. Please remove any leftover food in large trash receptacle in or groceries. Any food left at the Community Hall after being rented will not be the responsibility of the Community Hall. All kitchen and empty any smaller trash receptacles if used into large trash can in kitchen.  Empty large trash bin into the dumpstercontents, (if feasible). If notincluding, please notify front desk.  Flatware is but not limited to be pre-soakedcoffee urns, washed in dishwashertea towels, drieddishes, returned to drawers and placed facing in the same direction.  Dishes, glassware, chopping boards, cooking utensils, pots/pans, baking sheets etc. should be washed in accordance with the instructions on the dish washing machine and returned DRY to dish carts and cupboards. Please check for lipstick/chap stick marks and clean those off accordingly before putting glasses/cups away.  Wipe down outside of dishwasher, empty dishwasher food trap into trash and wash out.  Counters and sinks wiped down with the water and bleach solution.  If used, please wipe inside and out microwave oven; wall/warming ovens, cutlery must stay inside the refrigerator center. TABLES & CHAIRS: If decorating, only scotch or masking tape is allowed on tables and refrigerator doorchairs.  Run garbage disposal in large double sink by dishwashing machine to clear food waste (Please do not drag tables and chairs, please carry them. Tables & chairs are to be washed, folded, and put any food waste away. Please stack chairs and tables as indicated on wall in small sinks)the storage room.  Wipe out Alto-Shaam All tables and chairs are to remain inside the building. FLOORS: Floors must be swept in rooms rented, including washrooms. Floor brooms are found in the furnace room (Warming Ovensacross from the men’s washroom) and clean food trays if DECORATING: Masking tape, pins & scotch tape can be used when attaching anything to painted surfaces. Any material used to attach decorations to ceiling (ie:string, wire, etc.) must be done with extreme caution. Decorations must be removed before 10 AM the following day. No confetti, glitter, or sparkles are to be used in the Community Hall. Should these materials be used, the cost of cleanup will be billed at $25.00 per hour.  Rinse out any Dish Tubs.  Empty any tubs of excess ice outside, if used.  Sweep floor of food debris.  Empty large trash bin into the dumpster (if feasible). Please leave washrooms clean and wipe tidy. Garbage or paper towels should never be flushed down the toilets. GARBAGE: Pick up any spills /food debris from the BBQ  Leave outside to cool.  Please check with Front Desk regarding storage of cold and cleaned BBQ’s PATIO:  Return outdoor umbrellas and furniture to original positions.  Wipe down outdoor furniture if spills have occurred.  Dispose of trash/food waste and cigarette butts garbage in trash receptacles. The following applies if any food and/or beverages have been served in these rooms: GREAT ROOM:  Wipe down tables with bleach /water solution. ALL areas that were used (Located under the sink hall, kitchen, clubroom, bathroom) Garbage Bags are found in the kitchen next island across from the ovens. All garbage needs to be bagged and placed into the BLUE garbage bin behind the rink. When clean-up is completed, return keys to the coffee maker)town office.  If linens have been used Cleanup must be done in a timely manner or rented, please shake off any food debris in trash receptacles and place linens in mesh bags provided.
