Keys and Locks. Landlord will furnish Tenant, free of charge, two keys to each door or lock in the Premises. Landlord may make a reasonable charge for any additional or replacement keys. Tenant will not duplicate any keys, alter any locks or install any new or additional lock or bolt on any door of its Premises or on any other part of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord and, in any event, Tenant will provide Landlord with a key for any such lock. On the termination of the Lease, Tenant will deliver to Landlord all keys to any locks or doors in the Building which have been obtained by Tenant.
Keys and Locks. The Tenant agrees not to install additional or different locks or gates on any doors or windows of the unit without the written permission of the Landlord. If the Landlord approves the Tenant's request to install such locks, the Tenant agrees to provide the Landlord with a key for each lock. When this Agreement ends, the Tenant agrees to return all keys to the dwelling unit to the Landlord. The Landlord may charge the Tenant $ (T)_ for each key not returned.

Additional keys will be Tenant’s responsibility and at Tenant’s expense. All such keys shall remain the property of Landlord. Upon termination of this Lease, Tenant shall surrender to Landlord all keys to any locks on doors entering or within the Premises, and give to Landlord the explanation of the combination of all locks for safes, safe cabinets and vault doors, if any, in the Premises.
Keys and Locks. UHRL will issue keys or access cards to the Resident and to registered family members listed on the Contract who are older than 9 years. Resident may not loan any key or access cards to anyone nor may Resident make duplicates of keys or access cards for any reason. The installation or use of any unauthorized lock by Resident is prohibited. Resident will be assessed a charge as stated on the UHRL Rate Sheet for a lock change and for new keys if Resident loses or fails to return the originally issued keys upon check- out.

Additional keys will be furnished by Landlord upon an order signed by Tenant and at Tenant's expense. All such keys shall remain the property of Landlord. Without the prior written consent of Landlord, no additional locks shall be allowed on any door of the Premises, and Tenant shall not make or permit to be made any duplicate keys, except those furnished by Landlord. Upon termination or expiration of this Lease or a termination of possession of the Premises by Tenant, Tenant shall surrender to Landlord all keys to any locks on doors entering or within the Premises.

Tenant currently possesses keys and/or access cards, as applicable, for each lockset on doors entering the Leased Premises from public areas for use by its current employees maintaining offices in the Leased Premises. Additional keys and/or access cards, including keys and/or access cards for new employees of Tenant and replacement keys and/or access cards for lost or damaged keys and/or access cards will be furnished by Landlord upon an order signed by Tenant and at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Tenant shall be permitted to install additional locks or other access control devices in the Leased Premises provided Tenant furnishes Landlord with a duplicate set of keys or a master key and/or access cards to all such locks other than those locks securing Security Areas. Upon termination of this Lease, Tenant shall surrender to Landlord all keys and/or access cards to any locks on doors entering or within the Leased Premises, and shall provide Landlord with the combination of all locks for safes, safe cabinets and vault doors, if any, within the Leased Premises; provided that if Tenant terminates this Lease with respect to less than all of the Leased Premises at a Property and, at the time of such termination, the Leased Premises was served by an access control or other security system installed by Tenant in lieu of or in addition to the access control or security systems serving the Building generally, Tenant shall have no obligation to cause the terminated portion of the Leased Premises to continue to be served by any such supplemental access control or security systems.

Keys and Locks. Landlord shall furnish Tenant with two keys to each door lock existing in the Premises. Tenant shall reimburse Landlord a reasonable charge for these and any additional keys. Tenant shall not be permitted to have keys made, nor shall Tenant alter any lock or install a new or additional lock or bolts on any door of the Premises without Landlord’s prior written consent. Tenant shall, in each case, furnish Landlord with a key for any additional lock installed or changed by Tenant or Tenant’s agent(s). Tenant, upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, shall deliver to Landlord all keys in the possession of Tenant or Tenant’s agents, clients, contractors, directors, employees, invitees, licensees, officers, partners or shareholders for doors in the Building, whether or not furnished to Tenant by Landlord. If Tenant, or Tenant’s agents, clients, contractors, directors, employees, invitees, licensees, officers, partners or shareholders, lose or misplace any key(s) to the Building, Landlord shall, in Landlord’s sole discretion, either replace said key(s) or re-key such locks as may be affected thereby, and Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for all such costs of such re-keying and/or replacement.

Upon termination or expiration of this Lease or a termination of possession of the Premises by Tenant, Tenant shall surrender to Landlord all keys to any locks on doors entering or within the Premises. Landlord shall also provide card-key controlled access (or other similar access control device or mechanism as Landlord may from time to time elect to provide) intended to limit the general public's access to the Building during other than Business Hours. Landlord, however, shall have no liability to Tenant, its employees, agents, invitees or licensees for any loss, damage or injury of any kind or nature caused by or as a result of the presence of any unauthorized person in the Premises, the Building or the Project, including without limitation any loss, damage or injury due to theft, burglary or other criminal conduct by any person, nor shall Landlord be required to insure against any such loss, damage or injury
