These arrangements should include a clear approach to identifying and responding to SEND. Providers should utilise the Early Intervention Funding to deliver effective support, whilst making information available about their SEND offer to parents. • The provider should identify children who qualify for Early Years Pupil Premium and promote this offer to parents.

The Provider must ensure that:  Early Education places are delivered completely free of charge;  Early Education places are provided flexibly in a pattern which meets the needs of parents where places are available;  The Early Education Funding provided is used in accordance with this Agreement.  The needs of disabled children and children with special educational needs are met  Children will be kept safe.
