Key Project Personnel. The key Project personnel whom the Design Professional shall assign are as set forth in Article 11. Such personnel shall not be changed without the written approval of the Owner, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Key Project Personnel. The Key Project Personnel identified in Exhibit 1 shall be primarily responsible for carrying out the Services on behalf of the Consultant. The Key Project Personnel shall not be changed without the Village’s prior written approval.
Key Project Personnel. The Borrower/Recipient or the Lead Project Agency shall appoint the Project Director and all other key Project personnel in the manner specified in the Agreement or otherwise approved by the Fund. All key Project personnel shall have qualifications and experience specified in the Agreement or otherwise approved by the Fund. The Borrower/Recipient shall exercise best efforts to ensure continuity in key Project personnel throughout the Project Implementation Period. The Borrower/Recipient or the Lead Project Agency shall insure key Project personnel against health and accident risks to the extent consistent with sound commercial practice or its customary practice in respect of its national civil service, whichever is appropriate.
Key Project Personnel. The Key Project Personnel identified in Exhibit A shall be primarily responsible for carrying out the Services on behalf of the Consultant. Consultant shall notify the City as soon as practicable following resignation or termination of Key Project Personnel. No new Key Project Personnel shall be reassigned or added without the City’s prior written approval.

Key Project Personnel. Where there are Key Project Personnel the Supplier shall: use best endeavours to retain Key Project Personnel for the duration of the provision of the Supply; take reasonable steps to ensure that Key Project Personnel dedicate their time fully to the Supply (unless otherwise agreed or approved by the City in writing); promptly inform the City should any of the Key Project Personnel leave, or give notice of an intention to leave the Supplier, and obtain a substitute or substitutes; not reassign or allow the reassignment of the Key Project Personnel to other projects during the term of this Agreement without the City’s prior written consent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed); and take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Key Project Personnel perform their roles and responsibilities in accordance with any organisational structure agreed in writing between the Parties. If: the Supplier wishes to reassign or to replace an individual designated as Key Project Personnel; or an individual designated as Key Project Personnel gives notice of his or her intention to leave or is otherwise no longer able to perform the duties, including for reasons of illness, injury or personal hardship, the Supplier shall provide a substitute with experience and qualifications equivalent or greater than the Key Project Personnel to be replaced, and shall provide documentation to the City to establish such experience and qualifications. Key Project Personnel who are reassigned to other work shall, to the extent possible, remain available to the project team until completion of the Supply.

Key Project Personnel. Contractor agrees to provide the services of the current staff at Home Start, Inc. located at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, XX 921008 respectively for the full term of this contract. No substitutions will be made without prior written approval by the City. The City reserves the right to request specific qualifications for personnel substituted under this section.
Key Project Personnel. Contractor’s key personnel for the Project are as shown on Exhibit F attached hereto (collectively, “Contractor’s Key Personnel”). Contractor shall cause the Project manager or Project superintendent to be on the Project site at all times during the course of the Work (including, without limitation, completion of all “punch list” items). Contractor’s Key Personnel shall be assigned to the Project for the duration of the Work. In the event Contractor desires to change any of Contractor’s Key Personnel during the course of the Work, any substitutions shall be subject to the prior written approval of Owner.
