Key Policy. Two working copies of your house key must be provided at the time of the consultation meeting. If you live in a gated community, you must provide a gate card, remote or appropriate access codes. Keys will be kept on file for future use unless client wishes them returned. Key return options: 1) In person - $10 key drop off charge; or 2) Pick up keys from our UPS store location or office. For liability reasons, NO KEYS will be mailed by regular mail, hidden outside or locked in homes on last visits. Pet Sit Girls will not be held liable for lost, stolen or misdirected keys. Should keys become unusable, lock malfunction, client fails to leave a key or for any other reason beyond Pet Sitter’s control, Pet Sit Girls and Pet Sitters have authorization to employ the services of a locksmith to gain entry into a client’s home on client’s behalf. Client will be responsible for all expenses incurred and reimburse Pet Sit Girls upon return. This Service Agreement shall be valid from this date. Client authorizes this agreement to be a valid contract for this and all future pet sitting services, permitting Pet Sit Girls to accept clients’ telephone or e-mail reservations for service and to enter clients’ premises without additional signed agreements or written authorization. Client acknowledges that they have read and reviewed the Policies/Terms and Conditions of this Service Agreement and agrees to/understands all policies.

Key Policy. It is Waggers Pet Sitting policy to keep 2 keys on file one to be retained by the sitter and one to be retained in the Waggers Pet Sitting office in case of emergencies. Waggers Pet Sitting must have a key to your home BEFORE you leave. WE WILL NOT pick up or leave keys at your home due to safety concerns. In addition, we WILL NOT lock the keys in the house after our last visit, as we must be able to access the home in case you are delayed and your pet needs additional visits
Key Policy. All keys issued by the VLSB Key Controller are the property of the Key Control Office and must be returned when your building employment/research has ended. If temporary (non-photo ID) card-keys are not returned, they will be deactivated without prior notice. Lending or duplicating keys is a violation of the key agreement and may result in the loss of access privileges. Lost or stolen card-keys must be reported to the Key Controller immediately and a police report filed with UCPD (642-6760). Metal keys with serial numbers must be reported to UCPD before another key will be issued. A police report number is required before a replacement key will be issued. GSI keys for teaching labs and support spaces must be returned at the end of each semester to the Academic Coordinator or to the Key Controller. COMMON SHARED SUPPORT & AFFINITY GROUP ROOMS: Each faculty research laboratory will be provided one key that will open common shared support rooms throughout the building. These rooms include darkrooms, cold-rooms, seminar room and other rooms not assigned to affinity groups, labs or units. Additional keys requested for staff or lab managers will be issued only after prior approval by the Key Controller. Individual room keys will be issued on an as-needed basis. Faculty labs will also receive a core key for their shared affinity group rooms under the same conditions.
Key Policy. Client agrees to purchase a key lockbox from Angel Pet Sitting (or purchase from another source) and to place the lockbox with their key inside, on their door before the pet sitter is scheduled to arrive for their visit(s). Client must also provide Angel Pet Sitting with the code to the lockbox in their Power Pet Sitter Profile. If Client prefers to have their key picked up and returned at each set of visits, Client agrees to pay key pick-up and return fee each time, for all future services. If client would like to hide their key in a secure location, the client agrees to provide that location information in their Power Pet Sitter profile. All Daily/Weekly Dog Walking Clients are REQUIRED to have 2 copies of their key on file with Angel Pet Sitting.

Key Policy. If you find yourself locked out of your apartment during office hours, we are happy to help. Just provide us with proper identification, and we will give you a key or open the door for you. Also, if you have a minor living with you, please provide us with written permission to authorize entry and release a key or open a door in your absence. You can obtain an Authorized Entry form at the Leasing Office. If you find yourself on the wrong side of your locked apartment door after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith to gain access to your apartment. Changing or altering any lock is prohibited without express written permission. If we have to re-key your apartment due to Resident losing the key, a service charge will be assessed. Mailbox The United States Postal Service may request that upon move-in you place a label inside the front of your mailbox, listing the names of all persons who will be receiving mail at your address. Your Property Manager will inform you if this is required. Should you find a key in your mailbox, it is for one of the parcel compartments. The parcel compartments and their keys are numbered correspondingly. Outgoing mail may be dropped into one of the outgoing mail compartments located at each mailbox section or in the Leasing Office. For greater security of your outgoing mail, we suggest that you place it in a Federal P.O. mailbox. General Liability Insurance XXXXX PROPERTIES REQUIRES THAT ALL RESIDENTS PROVIDE PROOF OF $50,000 GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE AS A CONDITION OF TENANCY. GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE OFFERS YOU PROTECTION IF YOU ARE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE PREMISES OR TO SOMEONE ELSE’S PROPERTY OR SUED. UPON EXECUTION OF YOUR NEW LEASE AND AS A CONDITION OF MOVE IN OR AS A CONDITION TO YOUR RENEWAL LEASE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN A POLICY OF GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE WITH AT LEAST $50,000 IN PERSONAL LIABILITY COVERAGE. RESIDENT MUST LIST THE COMPANY AS AN INTERESTED PARTY AND CONTACT ENTITY FOR THE PURPOSE OF NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE LIABILITY COVERAGE. YOU MAY ALSO CONSIDER OBTAINING A RENTER’S INSURANCE POLICY THAT COVERS THE LIABILITY REQUIREMENT BUT ALSO ADDS COVERAGE FOR YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
Key Policy. Stage Troupe shall have a key policy. The key policy specifies who has keys to the theater and determines how other members of the organization are able to obtain access to the theater. Anyone who is given a set of keys and uses them to open the theater must also be present to close and lock the theater and is responsible for activity that occurs in the interim. The key policy may be amended separately from this document but must bear the approval of the Student Group Advisor.
