Common use of Key Man Life Insurance Clause in Contracts

Key Man Life Insurance. If the Company, in its sole discretion, desires to procure “key man” insurance covering the life of Executive, Executive shall cooperate with the Company in procuring such insurance and shall, at the request of the Company, submit to such medical examinations, supply such information and execute such documents as may be required by the insurance company to which the Company has applied for insurance. Executive shall use his reasonable efforts to qualify for the standard premium category of such insurance company. Executive shall have no interest whatsoever in any “key man” insurance policy procured by the Company.

Executive shall have no interest whatsoever in any “"key man” " insurance policy procured by the Company.

Executive Employee shall use his reasonable efforts to qualify for the standard premium category of such insurance company. Executive Employee shall have no interest whatsoever in any “key man” insurance policy procured by the Company.

If the CompanyThe Company may, in at its sole discretiondiscretion and expense, desires to apply for and procure “key man” insurance covering the life of Executive, Executive shall cooperate with the Company in procuring such insurance and shall, at disability insurance on Executive in any amount determined in the request sole judgment of the Company, submit and place the Company as the sole beneficiary of such policies. Executive agrees to such cooperate in any medical examinationsor other examination, supply such information reasonably requested by the insurance companies, and execute such documents applications as may be required by the insurance company reasonably necessary to which the Company has applied for obtain and procure such insurance. Executive shall use his reasonable efforts to qualify for the standard premium category of such insurance company. Executive shall have no interest whatsoever in any “key man” insurance policy procured by the Company.

The Executive shall use his the Executive’s reasonable best efforts to qualify for the standard premium category of such insurance company. The Executive shall have no interest whatsoever in any “key man” insurance policy procured by the Company.
