Common use of Key Man Life Insurance Clause in Contracts

Key Man Life Insurance. The Company may apply for and obtain and maintain a key man life insurance policy in the name of Executive together with other executives of the Company in an amount deemed sufficient by the Board, the beneficiary of which shall be the Company. Executive shall submit to physical examinations and answer reasonable questions in connection with the application and, if obtained, the maintenance of, as may be required, such insurance policy.

Key Man Life Insurance. The Company Company, in its discretion, may apply for and obtain procure in its own name and maintain a key man for its own benefit, life insurance policy in on the name of Executive together with other executives life of the Company Employee in an any amount deemed sufficient or amounts considered advisable by the BoardCompany, and the beneficiary of which shall be the Company. The Employee hereby agrees to provide such information and to submit to such medical examinations and otherwise cooperate as may be required to assist the Company in an amount deemed sufficient by the Board, the beneficiary of which shall be the Company. Executive shall submit to physical examinations and answer reasonable questions in connection with the application and, if obtained, the maintenance of, as may be required, obtaining such insurance policy.

The Employee hereby agrees to provide such information and to submit to such medical examinations and otherwise cooperate as may be required to assist the Company in an amount deemed sufficient by the Board, the beneficiary of which shall be the Company. Executive shall submit to physical examinations and answer reasonable questions in connection with the application and, if obtained, the maintenance of, as may be required, obtaining such insurance policy.
