During this stage of the study, Key informant interviews were conducted with Specific County, Sub- County Government representatives of National Line ministries and Multi Stakeholder. Key Informants. The members of the Virtual Think Tank included academics from several different disciplines and professions who have taught and written about work-family studies for years. During the first stage of the mapping process, the Virtual Think Tank functioned as a panel of key informants. Initially, the Panel engaged in a few brainstorming sessions to identify work-family topics that could be addressed in academic courses. The inductive brainstorming sessions initially resulted in the identification of nearly 50 topics. Once the preliminary list of topics had been generated, members of the Virtual Think Tank pursued a deductive approach to the identification of work-family issues. Over the course of several conversations, the Virtual Think Tank created a conceptual map that focused on information domains (see Table 1 below). The last stage of the mapping process undertaken by the Virtual Think Tank consisted of comparing and adjusting the results of the inductive and deductive processes. The preliminary, reconciled list was used as the first index for the Online Work and Family Encyclopedia.
Key Informants. Key informant interviews were conducted with three individuals in Rapides Parish that are very familiar with the target population and the community-based resources available to address their mental and behavioral health needs. Those interviewed include: Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxx, a Registered Nurse and the Director of the ED at RRMC, Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, a Registered Nurse and XX Xxxx Manager at RRMC, and Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx MBA, FACHE, the Director of Programs and Communications at the Rapides Foundation. These individuals were chosen because of their familiarity with patient population and their familiarity with the landscape of mental health services in Rapides Parish. As the Case Manager in the ED, Xx. Xxxxxxx is responsible for assisting the patients that come into the ED in mental health crisis via PEC with finding placement after the expiration of the 72 hour hold and collecting the pencil and paper data that is completed by the ED staff at the time of admission. Xx. Xxxxxx is the Director of the ED at RRMC and is responsible for the operation of the ED and the provision of emergency services. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx is the Director of Programs and Communications at the Rapides Foundation in Rapides Parish, Louisiana. Xxxxxxx has worked extensively in this area reviewing grants and projects related to mental and behavioral health in central Louisiana.

  • CONFIDENTIAL & PROPRIETARY INFORMATION The parties may provide technical information, documentation and expertise to each other that is either (1) marked as being confidential or, (2) if delivered in oral form is summarized in writing within 10 working days and identified as being confidential (“Confidential Information”). The receiving party shall for a period of five (5) years from the date of disclosure (i) hold the disclosing party’s Confidential Information in strict confidence, and (ii), except as previously authorized in writing by the disclosing party, not publish or disclose the disclosing party’s Confidential Information to anyone other than the receiving party’s employees on a need-to-know basis, and (iii) use the disclosing party’s Confidential Information solely for performance of this Contract. The foregoing requirement shall not apply to any portion of a party’s Confidential Information which (a) becomes publicly known through no wrongful act or omission on the part of the receiving party; (b) is already known to the receiving party at the time of the disclosure without similar nondisclosure obligations; (c) is rightfully received by the receiving party from a third party without similar nondisclosure obligations; (d) is approved for release by written authorization of the disclosing party; (e) is clearly demonstrated by the receiving party to have been independently developed by the receiving party without access to the disclosing party’s Confidential Information; or (f) is required to be disclosed by order of a court or governmental body or by applicable law, provided that the party intending to make such required disclosure shall promptly notify the other party of such intended disclosure in order to allow such party to seek a protective order or other remedy.

  • Confidential and Proprietary Information 12.1 Contractor acknowledges that it and its employees or agents may, in the course of performing their responsibilities under this Agreement, be exposed to or acquire information that is confidential to County. Any and all information of any form obtained by Contractor or its employees or agents from County in the performance of this Agreement shall be deemed to be confidential information of County ("Confidential Information"). Any reports or other documents or items (including software) that result from the use of the Confidential Information by Contractor shall be treated with respect to confidentiality in the same manner as the Confidential Information. Confidential Information shall be deemed not to include information that (a) is or becomes (other than by disclosure by Contractor) publicly known or is contained in a publicly available document; (b) is rightfully in Contractor's possession without the obligation of nondisclosure prior to the time of its disclosure under this Agreement; or (c) is independently developed by employees or agents of Contractor who can be shown to have had no access to the Confidential Information.

  • Confidential System Information HHSC prohibits the unauthorized disclosure of Other Confidential Information. Grantee and all Grantee Agents will not disclose or use any Other Confidential Information in any manner except as is necessary for the Project or the proper discharge of obligations and securing of rights under the Contract. Grantee will have a system in effect to protect Other Confidential Information. Any disclosure or transfer of Other Confidential Information by Xxxxxxx, including information requested to do so by HHSC, will be in accordance with the Contract. If Grantee receives a request for Other Confidential Information, Xxxxxxx will immediately notify HHSC of the request, and will make reasonable efforts to protect the Other Confidential Information from disclosure until further instructed by the HHSC. Grantee will notify HHSC promptly of any unauthorized possession, use, knowledge, or attempt thereof, of any Other Confidential Information by any person or entity that may become known to Grantee. Grantee will furnish to HHSC all known details of the unauthorized possession, use, or knowledge, or attempt thereof, and use reasonable efforts to assist HHSC in investigating or preventing the reoccurrence of any unauthorized possession, use, or knowledge, or attempt thereof, of Other Confidential Information. HHSC will have the right to recover from Grantee all damages and liabilities caused by or arising from Grantee or Grantee Agents’ failure to protect HHSC’s Confidential Information as required by this section. IN COORDINATION WITH THE INDEMNITY PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN THE UTC, Xxxxxxx WILL INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS HHSC FROM ALL DAMAGES, COSTS, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION REASONABLE ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS) CAUSED BY OR ARISING FROM Grantee OR Grantee AGENTS FAILURE TO PROTECT OTHER CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. Grantee WILL FULFILL THIS PROVISION WITH COUNSEL APPROVED BY HHSC.

  • Proprietary Information The Software, any data base and any proprietary data, processes, information and documentation made available to the Fund (other than which are or become part of the public domain or are legally required to be made available to the public) (collectively, the “Information”), are the exclusive and confidential property of Custodian or its suppliers. The Fund shall keep the Information confidential by using the same care and discretion that the Fund uses with respect to its own confidential property and trade secrets, but not less than reasonable care. Upon termination of the Agreement or the Software license granted herein for any reason, the Fund shall return to Custodian any and all copies of the Information which are in its possession or under its control.

  • Exclusions from Confidential Information Receiving Party's obligations under this Agreement do not extend to information that is: (a) publicly known at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes publicly known through no fault of the Receiving Party; (b) discovered or created by the Receiving Party before disclosure by Disclosing Party; (c) learned by the Receiving Party through legitimate means other than from the Disclosing Party or Disclosing Party's representatives; or (d) is disclosed by Receiving Party with Disclosing Party's prior written approval.
