Key Contact. Member of Contractor’s staff who liaises with EOHHS and serves as a point of contact for EOHHS for all communications and requests related to this Contract.
Key Contact. The Licensee agrees to provide FIZ Karlsruhe with the name, address, and telephone and telefax num- bers, and email address for a primary contact, and to notify FIZ Karlsruhe of any changes in this infor- mation during the term of this Agreement.

JJMI will make reasonable effort to timely respond to all questions and requests from SHP. In addition, SHP will provide a project manager on a continuing basis for each product being developed and sold under the Joint Cooperative Program.
Key Contact. One of NAMM'S (or its Affiliates') employees shall serve as the key contact for the Company. The key contact will be the Executive Director, who will be principally responsible for managing NAMM's duties under this Agreement and will be a member of the Senior Management Team of the Company, approved as described in Section 3.04 of this Agreement. Unless this individual shall die or resign or become disabled and be unable to perform such duties under this Agreement, NAMM shall not be permitted, without the Company's consent, to replace this named individual as the key contact. In the event of any such replacement, the Company shall have the right to approve the individual selected by NAMM to replace the key contact person, as a member of the Senior Management Team and as the key contact under this Section, provided such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Key Contact. A Named User designated by LICENSEE as the primary point of contact with CAS for all Agreement matters.

Key Contact. Each Participating Institution shall identify to Licensor the name of a Key Contact who Licensor may work directly with in the event of an issue at the Participating Institution.
Key Contact. The Parties wish to record for reference that the representative within their organisation with overall internal responsibility for ensuring the respective Party’s compliance with its obligations under this Agreement is, in the case of MOSL, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx who can be contacted at xxxx_xxxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xx.xx, and in the case of the Trading Parties, the names listed at Schedule 1. Each Party may update details of their representative referred to in this paragraph 18 by notice in accordance with paragraph 21.6.
