  • REDUCTION IN PERSONNEL A.   • Employee Personnel File A copy of any formal discipline report to be entered on an employee's file will be given to the employee. The employee will be required to sign Management's copy. Such signature will indicate receipt of formal reprimand only.   • Access to Personnel File Each employee shall have reasonable access to his/her personnel file for the purpose of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein, in the presence of the Director of Personnel or designate. An employee has the right to request copies of any evaluations in this file.
