Common use of Kent County Clause in Contracts

Kent County. There shall be a free travel zone within a twenty- four (24) km area from Chatham City Hall. If an employee is required to travel anywhere outside this free zone he shall be paid fifty-two cents ($0.52) per km effective May 1, 2015, from the lim- its of the free zone to the jobsite and return.

If an employee is required to travel anywhere outside this free zone he shall be paid fiftyforty-two seven cents ($0.520.47) per km effective May 1, 20152010, forty-eight cents ($0.48) per km effective May 1, 2011 and forty-nine cents ($0.49) per km effective May 1, 2012 from the lim- its limits of the free zone to the jobsite and return.

If an employee is required to travel anywhere outside this free zone he shall be paid fiftyforty-two cents ($0.520.42) per km effective May 1, 20152004, forty-three cents ($0.43) per km effective May 1, 2005 from the lim- its limits of the free zone to the jobsite and return.
