Keep Records. Employee shall keep and maintain, or cause to be kept and maintained by anyone acting on his/her behalf, adequate and current written records of all Intellectual Property in the form of notes, sketches, drawings, computer files, reports or other documents relating thereto. Such records shall be and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company and shall be available to the Company at all times during my employment with the Company.
Keep Records. Executive will keep and regularly maintain adequate and current written records of all Inventions, Confidential Information, and Copyright Works he participates in creating, conceiving, developing, and manufacturing. Such records shall be kept and maintained in the form of notes, sketches, drawings, reports, or other documents relating thereto, bearing at least the date of preparation and the signatures or name of each employee contributing to the subject matter reflected in the record. Such records shall be and shall remain the exclusive property of Employer and shall be available to Employer at all times.
Keep Records to keep such books and records with respect to such Bonds, as shall be consistent with prudent industry practice and to make such books and records available for inspection by the Borrower, the Issuer and the Trustee, at all reasonable times, upon reasonable notice;

All of such records pertaining to work produced pursuant to subsection (c) hereof will at all times remain the property of Employee. This subsection shall continue in full force and effect after termination of Employee's employment by the Company and after the termination of this Agreement.

Keep Records. It is good practice to keep copies of documents, assessments, letters and notices related to your child or family member. You can keep them in a folder or notebook. You may even save documents electronically so that important papers don’t get lost. Most agencies are legally required to provide you with copies of your child’s records. If you need records that you do not have, you may ask for additional copies of your/your child’s records at any time. If you speak to someone over the phone, get the name and title of the person that you spoke to and the agency they work for. Follow up with a letter or e-mail about the conversation you had and the information they shared with you. If needed, ask them to send you the information in a letter or by e-mail. When determining what records are helpful to share with an agency, consider: Is this record an accurate representation of my child or family member? Is it relevant to the service(s) I am requesting? If you have records that will assist you in your advocacy efforts, take them with you to the meeting or attach them to your meeting request. It is also important to keep a record of who you gave information to, when and what you gave them.

Contractor shall keep and maintain, or cause to be kept and maintained by anyone acting on its behalf, adequate and current written records of all Intellectual Property in the form of notes, sketches, drawings, computer files, reports or other documents relating thereto. Such records shall be and shall remain the exclusive property of TELEPHONICS and shall be available to TELEPHONICS at all times during the term of this Agreement and at all times thereafter.

Consultant shall keep and maintain adequate and current written records of all Intellectual Property in the form of notes, sketches, drawings, computer files, reports or other documents relating thereto. Such records shall be and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company and shall be available to the Company at all times during Consultant's engagement and shall be turned over to Company at the conclusion of such engagement.
Keep Records. Keep and maintain at the Company's principal ------------ office: (i) in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, consistently applied, proper and complete books, records and accounts, in which accurate and complete entries shall be currently made reflecting its financial and business activities, dealings and transactions and all items of income and expense in connection therewith; and (b) originals of all budgets, plans, specifications, working drawings, construction contracts, change orders and Basic Documents, as well as copies of all other material agreements and instruments which affect its Properties or operations;
Keep Records. The Executive agrees to keep and maintain adequate and current written records of all Intellectual Property made by the Executive (solely or jointly with others) during his or her term of employment with the Parent. The records will be in the form of notes, sketches, drawings and any other format that may be specified by the Parent. The records will be available to and remain the sole property of the Parent at all times.
