JUVENILE CASES. Juvenile Case: A juvenile case is any appointment or a reappointment to represent a person(s) in a proceeding brought under ORS Chapter 419B or 419C. For statistical purposes, report juvenile cases in the following categories:

JUVENILE CASES. (1) number of cases opened; (2) types of offenses (with a breakdown of felony/misdemeanor and court); (3) number of cases closed/concluded and summary of reason for closure; (4) number of probation violations handled and resolved; (5) number of parole violations handled and resolved; and, (6) other pertinent information requested by the Court Technology Coordinator or their designee.
JUVENILE CASES. Contractor shall accept responsibility for representation of indigent 6 adults, minors and parents set before the Superior or Juvenile Courts, respectively, 7 including proceedings pursuant to California Welfare and Institutions Code section 600 et 8 seq. and California Government Code section 27706.
