Jury Service. 44.1 Subject to this clause, Employees are entitled to leave and payment for jury service in accordance with the NES.
Jury Service. (1) An Employee required to attend for jury service shall be reimbursed by the Company an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of their attendance for such jury service and the amount of wages they would have received in respect of the Ordinary Hours they would have worked had the Employee not been on jury service.
Jury Service. (a) An employee, other than a casual employee, required to attend for jury service during their ordinary working hours shall be reimbursed by the employer an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of their attendance for such jury service and the ordinary pay the employee would have been paid if the employee was not absent on jury service.
Jury Service. 40.1 A full time employee required to attend for jury service during his or her ordinary working hours shall be reimbursed by the employer an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of his or her attendance for such jury service and the amount of wage he or she would have received in respect of the ordinary time he or she would have worked had he or she not been on jury service.
Jury Service. 23.1 Employees required to attend for jury service during ordinary working hours will be reimbursed by the Company an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of attendance for such jury service and the amount of wage they would have received in respect of the ordinary time he/she would have worked had he/she not been on jury service.
Jury Service. 5.6.1 An Employee, other than a casual Employee, required to attend for jury service during ordinary working hours will be reimbursed by the Company an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid for attending jury service and what the Employee would have received at work for 36 ordinary hours had the Employee not been on jury service.
Jury Service. (a) There is no limit on the amount of unpaid jury service leave an employee can take in a 12-month period of employment.
Jury Service. The employee required to attend for jury service during their ordinary working hours shall be reimbursed by the employer an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of their attendance for such jury service and the amount of wages they would have received in respect of the ordinary time they would have worked had they not been on jury service. The employee shall notify their employer as soon as possible of the date upon which they are required to attend for jury service. Further, the employee shall give their employer proof of their attendance, the duration of such attendance and the amount received in respect of such jury service.
Jury Service. 30.1 An Employee on weekly hire required for jury service during ordinary working hours shall be reimbursed by the Employer an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid in respect of attendance for such jury service and the amount of wage that would have been received in respect of the ordinary time they would have worked had they not been on jury service.
Jury Service. 31.1 A weekly employee required to attend for jury service during ordinary working hours, shall be paid an amount equal to the difference between the Employee's ordinary pay and the jury service fee.
