Jury Duty Pay. If an employee is called and is required to serve on jury duty or as a crown witness on his normal working day, the Company agrees to pay eight (8) hours pay per day at the regular hourly rate of pay for hourly rated employees, less the amount of jury duty or crown witness pay received.
