Common use of JURY DUTY PAY Clause in Contracts

JURY DUTY PAY. An employee who is called for jury duty will be reimbursed for the difference between the amount paid for such services and his/her straight time hourly rate for regularly scheduled hours for work during the period of service. Employees will be expected to report for their regular duties when temporarily excused from attendance at court. Such employees shall not suffer any loss of seniority during such absence.
